<p>Are they still sending out emails today? I haven’t heard anything yet ugh. Even if I’m rejected, I just really want to know already so I can make my decision. This is so stressful.</p>

<p>well the website says that they will be notifying students until ‘early april’ i guess that means one more week of waiting. not happy about that</p>
<p>I don’t think it has anything to do with when you submitted your application and when it was completed. I honestly thought i was going to get rejected from this place and I completed my application really late like mid February… and I submitted my application couple of days before the deadline too. I never requested an interview, never visited, basically applied to Syracuse out of no where and showed lack of interest. Syracuse doesn’t do rolling admissions. I was one of the first people to get accepted with a nice FA package surprisingly! and still shocked about it since I don’t think i’m one of the best applicants or at least I don’t think I am. Those of you who are still waiting, keep praying!!!

<p>I really wish they would release decisions in a different way. I applied to schools with much larger applicant pools, and they were still able to release all of their decisions on the same day. And these other schools released them much sooner. This is just all too stressful, especially with May 1st quickly approaching.</p>

<p>I applied ED back in December, and I was deferred to RD, and I’m still waiting!! how is this possible?

<p>I was also waitlised to Whitman. They said I wouldn’t hear until June 1st if there is a spot for me!! Is it worth it to wait? I have to make my other decisions by May 1st, but I do really want to go here.</p>
<p>You should prepare yourself for a back up and pay your deposit for your back up school. and if you do get into Syracuse after May 1st, you can decide to either attend Syracuse and cancel your back up. or Just continue with your back up school.</p>

<p>Wow… SU is insanely predictable. The first wave contains mainly acceptances, the second wave has mainly rejections, and the third wave is mainly contains wait lists. That’s just pure evil right there…</p>

<p>Mine didn’t say anything about spring 2014, it just said I have been wait listed for the fall 2013 semester. So I still need to be admitted into spring 2014?</p>
<p>@jessie12 i was offered admission into spring 2014 if i am not admitted off of the fall 2013 wait list… I think only some of the wait listed applicants were offered admission in spring 2014</p>

<p>I heard today through my email that I was rejected from Newhouse…kinda surprised I wasn’t even waitlisted … gpa: 3.9, SAT 2100 AND my ec’s included founding a non-profit and working on a political campaign and the captain of my sports teams…it kinda sucks</p>
