<p>I applied RD to VPA Stage Management and haven’t heard anything yet, getting a little worried. I was a bit late on getting the CSS Profile turned in and am afraid that will have a huge effect on financial aid if I do get in.</p>
<p>All the way to the end of April…? That leaves so little time to decide and visit.</p>
<p>Accepted…stats 1950 SAT, 4.2 WT , 3.7, UW GPA Financial Aid was just OK. I was accepted at both higher and lower ranked schools with much better aid. Looks like SU is out based on the price . I am all about the money, dont want to owe a lot for undergrad:)

<p>Guys I havent gotten my acceptance email yet. Realistically, does that mean its a higher chance of getting rejected? or do you think the order of acceptance emails are done randomly</p>
<p>I haven’t gotten my letter from Syracuse yet. There is a girl at my school who heard from the engineering school, and a guy who heard from the school of communications. They both got accepted. Hopefully there is another wave of letters coming soon because I am stressed out beyond belief. </p>
<p>I’m yet to be accepted, but own my MySlice home page, it says under Applicant Services ‘Admission Acceptance Form’. When I click it, it says that this page is currently unavailable for your use. Does anyone else have this?</p>
<p>^ it’s been like that the entire time. It just means our decisions are not out yet. Hopefully it’s update by this Friday ^.^</p>
<p>I really do believe the “it comes in waves” people. We got acceptance right after 4:00 p.m. on Friday just like everyone said. I think you just need to hang on until this Friday. Our problem is the MySlice says you currently have NO financial aid…yikes. Really hoping that status changes. Can’t imagine with as much as they say they have to give out that we would not get anything. I am going keep thinking positive that it just hasn’t come out yet. </p>

<p>My son received his email the other day, containing the acceptance letter, but he just opened it today! (These kids never use email any more.) We are thrilled, and actually stunned, that he was accepted. Smith School of Engineering and Computer Science. We expected Syracuse was a reach for him. </p>

<p>My daughter applied to Syracuse choosing Engineering as the major but did not realize she needed to submit a recommendation from a math teacher, however, she did meet the minimum application requirements. Does this mean she will just be rejected from Syracuse? Again, she did meet minimum requirements. Hate to think that you have to commit to a major at application time.</p>
