Syracuse Uni VS. Pratt Institute

I got accepted to both in the architecture program. Syracuse offered me a scholarship that I won't be able to use and seems extremely eager to have me because I'm pretty sure I'm the only person from my country accepted in arch. They've offered me a scholarship (which I can't use due to previous commitments) and have asked Architecture students to contact me, asking if I needed any help.
On the other hand, Pratt was the only school I applied early action to, got accepted to and wanted to go. I already paid the $300 to save myself a seat for the Fall 12 semester.
But now I'm second guessing my decision. I'm pretty sure I can go back and have some of my money returned.

I wanted Pratt because its in a city, and I do consider myself a city girl. I get extremely bored of the same place if I've been in it for too long, and I've never lived in a town per se. Also, the idea of Syracuse being deathly cold, scares the hell out of me! I come from a VERY hot climate, so I'm not at all used to extreme cold weather. I'm sure I can adjust though. One Pratt student in his fifth year of architecture recommended that I pick another school over Pratt. This also made me very nervous about my decision.

Both are ranked top 10 architecture schools in the nation, which is why I'm mainly considering these. I also got accepted to SCI-Arc, Northeastern, Illinois Institute of Architecture, Penn State, and University of Arizona.

I'd love some feedback from students that go to either SU or PI!
Thank you very much for your help.
