To future applicants or current applicants in the same position: I called the admissions office to ask if my incomplete financial aid profile will affect when I recieve my decision and the lady said “no, it’s completely seperate.”
I emailed the admissions and they said they would be sending out multiple waves starting mid december, before their offices close on the 23rd

Did anyone’s My Slice change?
@saintmurdock Oh I didn’t see your comment, but I also called and she said the same thing! That’s good to know. I was worried because I think merit aid is also sent out with our decisions
CHECK yo myslices
My myslice has yet to change. Rip. I’ll be checking obsessively for the next hour to see if that changes, if anyone’s wondering.
we are in the same boat :((((( @RachelN98
What does you mean by changing myslices? What will change???
Mine hasn’t I’m just wondering if anyone’s has.
@livdelo click admissions acceptance form on ur myslice and see what it says
@livdelo what we mean is that you suddenly get to see the Admissions Acceptance Form. Currently if you have not been given a decision it still says “this page is not available for your use” but I believe if you are in the wave to get accepted same day it’d change to I believe the form itself.
Are we sure its 4PM? I was reading last year’s and most went out between 5 and 6.
Edit: Also, do we have any international students on this thread? International students get sent a package and the day packages are sent (and the student is emailed that they have a package on the way by DHL) is the day decisions begin typically.
So has anyone’s MySlice changed yet?
5-6pm EST is when they email us
Nope
I know this is an ED thread but just a quick question on Whitman. I applied ED to CAS with a major in economics, how easy will it be to transfer into Whitman if I get accepted?
You’d probably need a 3.5 or above to transfer
Yeah Whitman transferring is notoriously tough. You need to have above a 3.5 I believe to be even considered. Their average GPA isn’t a 3.6-3.7UW for nothing. They’re tough to begin with.
From the looks of it, it’s extremely difficult to transfer to any school at SU lol
