Has anyone received any type of notification today, March 30th? I thought the final wave would be notified today and still nothing…

any news yet from anyone?

I haven’t received anything yet

decisions are released at 4:30 EST

Nothing yet… nothing in the mail… nothing online? NJ…

Just received an email! Accepted

What’s the latest they send emails out?

…why have I still not gotten a decision…

According to an earlier post, the next and most likely last wave is on April 4th.

Got into Newhouse! Which is a really good school and I don’t know if I’ll be able to decide between it and NYU. both gave me really good financial aid! so i guess it’ll come down to which i like better…

^^^^^ when did you find out??

This is SO ANNOYING. I applied to Syracuse in December and it WAS my second choice. I got accepted to my first choice Early Action in December and wanted to wait until hearing from my other schools to deposit there…I still haven’t heard from Syracuse and now I don’t even care! The wait is kind of ridiculous, so thanks for nothing, Syracuse.

digitalgirl and others: I agree with you. This is ridiculous for Syracuse to do. It makes them seem disorganized and uncaring. I feel like they should refund my application fee for not meeting their end of the contract (on or before April 1) on time. Not sure I want to go to a school with this kind of attitude.

I second that, Digitalgirl. Syracuse was at the very bottom of my list, and I still haven’t heard a peep from them. I will send my deposit to my top college tomorrow, but it would have been nice to hear back from everyone.

Hey all,
I’m a transfer student–still haven’t heard anything. Anyone else in the same boat?

lifeisastorybook:
I haven’t heard back either and I applied as a transfer. Makes me worried that’s haven’t heard! But good to know I’m not the only one! Hopefully we all hear ASAP because this is getting ridiculous!

Be patient, everyone. I am sure there will be another wave next week, and if you have not heard by then, I would call up the office of admissions.

I got mine last week…

So sorry for those kept waiting, I am sure it is awful. If it is any comfort, acceptances are still arriving. My daughter was accepted on Friday, though to her second-choice major.

Well, it was to my knowledge that this was the last week of notifications–but clearly I’m not alone so I’ll be keeping my eyes peeled. I was waitlisted as a high school senior and heard much earlier than now, so I know it’s not a matter of a negative/positive sign or not.
