<p>We're thinking of changing the family cell phone plan to T-Mobile. Is the voice reception OK in Bloomington/on campus? How about data? Thanks for any insights.</p>
<p>I haven’t heard the best about T-Mobile, but it may depend. All providers lose service in a large number of the buildings, and people dropped calls in my dorm like crazy</p>
