TA/RA for MBA

Does anyone know of schools that offer TA/RA for MBA programs?

What do you mean by TA/RA?

TA = Teaching Assistant
RA = Research Assistant

I don’t know of any schools that offer these programs, but I would think that some would.

I worked as an AI (associate instructor) while getting a MBA. Payed half tuition and a stipend. I was an engineer so they assumed I could teach programming. Probably better experience than the MBA course work.

Quite a few MBA programs offer positions to 2nd year MBA students to TA first-year courses, with varying financial compensation. The MIT Sloan School, for example, will provide you with half-tuition off and a (small ) stipend.

One problem is that you never know if you will get such positions coming in. You first have to earned a top grade in the course in which you will TA, and you obviously don’t know beforehand if that will happen. Even if you do get a top grade, there are often times more candidates for the TA position than there are slots available.
