newegg gives good price on individual components but not on the whole laptops...your best bet is to check local ads for back to school sales....or look on ebay for a laptop.</p>

<p>i'm trying to buy an intuos3 tablet (6x8), and i compared ebay, amazon, bestbuy, newegg, etc. amazon was the cheapest by far...though ebay had some cheaper ones, if you count the shipping fee it's about the same. amazon gives you free shipping for items that cost this much.</p>
<p>amazon's price was the same as newegg's, but newegg, you have to pay a $6.83 shipping fee.</p>
<p>good luck with amazon. dont complain if you get your laptop 10 days after you bought it. it takes newegg's shipment no longer than 3 days. always</p>
<p>that is a point, but since as far as i know no one really 'needs' a laptop/tablet in such a short notice, amazon's a better deal in this case.</p>
