<p>Mexstudent, honestly, if your parents did not receive an email I would probably say that is good news. I got the “Waitlisted” email at 12:38am eastern time. A “Waitlisted” email is not really the news people want to hear. I would take “no email” as good news, but I know you are probably now even more anxious. I really do wish you good luck! I’m rooting for you!</p>

<p>WAITLIST at Taft</p>

<p>the letter was kind of brief. This is the first admission decision I have received-- if I got waitlisted at Taft, I probably got rejected at the other schools I applied to because I applied to HADES :(</p>

<p>I’m depressed now.</p>

<p>Well I dont feel that bad, Taft was the very first app I did, and it was on a rush, my recs dont look as good as the other ones, and My essays are not as good as the other ones also, It was the very first essay I wrote in my life and It was done in like 1 hour with not so much care, still I have other 4 schools to check in a couple hours! :)</p>

<p>We also got our first rejection letter from Taft. Many more to go, so I am staying positive. DC was wait listed for SAS.</p>

<p>Got accepted, but waitlisted to four other schools… Taft wasn’t exactly my first choice, but a wise parent in CC once said to love the school that loves you! Best of luck everybody!</p>
