Keep in mind that by 30 transferable units, they are saying that you need to have 30 units by the time you apply to the TAG program. You still need to finish 60 by the end of Spring 2009.

I’m just curious since you keep asking this… you plan on transferring to a UC as a junior right? What do you plan on doing once you’re there? haha, you need to declare a major if you’re applying for junior standing. This means finishing pre-reqs. Go to assist.org and find your answers.

I think the question refers to signing the agreement not actually transferring.

To sign the agreement you need 30 units- ANY TRANSFERABLE 30 will do, and a 3.0

You can with a TAG transfer and have none of your major courses done. BUT you do not want to do that as it will take you longer to graduate, and in addition to that , most TAG aggrements do not guarantee choice of major, only the school. In order to get into the major prior to transferring you should have most of your preqs done.

Hi guys, I signed tag with UCI, and I was curious what could happen If a student drops or doesn’t pass one of the classes listed on the “current enrolled classes” list? (consindering that dropping class or not passing it will not be a problem in completeing 60 units).

Yeah, the best person to talk to would be the undergraduate rep. at uci. But if you think about, dropping a class that is not a major pre req, and if nor does it conflict with the completion of 60 units at the end of Spring, then I don’t see why there would be any problems. Right?
