<p>In my application, if I report that I plan to take 3 courses at XXX college during Spring 2011, does it mean I'm OBLIGATED to take these courses at that specificed college? If it turns out that I'll be taking these courses at YYY college, what would happen to my TAG? Thanks!!!</p>
