<p>I applied for TAG under the economics major, but applied to ucsb as a economics and accounting major. How bad is this?</p>
<p>I have a 3.37, and after spring will have IGETC and all prereqs(for both econ and econ/accounting) done. Does applying under a different major then what TAG was cancel out my TAG. I can't seem to find any info on this.</p>

<p>Well I know that you were supposed to apply with the same major on your TAG or your TAG is void, but a counselor told me this, and cc counselors suck…</p>
<p>high chance your tag is nulled if you didn’t put “economics” as your major in the UC application :S.</p>
<p>Was it possible to TAG for that specific major? If it wasn’t, then you’ll probably be ok… I think. Ask around?</p>
