TAG? Or no?

So I'm going to apply for a TAG at UCSD, UCSB, and UCI to transfer in the Fall 2010 but I haven't finished my English requirements (Procrastination is now biting me in the ass). I know this is severely going to hurt my chances since you need to be done with the Math and English requirements the fall before transferring (Which means I should be done this fall). Do you think I should still apply without a transfer agreement? Or apply for Winter 2010 admission instead? Is there any other way to get around this? Or am I screwed?

I am enrolled in two English classes at 2 different CCC's but I don't think it's possible to do that since it probably only worked because I just withdrew from one of my English classes this summer and they haven't gotten the grades yet.

waiting it out vs. applying regularly heavily depends on your major and G.P.A.

My major is Psych for UCSB, UCI and Human Development for UCSD. They have most of the same requirements. My GPA will be between a 3.2 to 3.5.

How much hassle would the TAG cause you? If isn’t much, I don’t see a reason to not take advantage of the program, especially if you have a particular campus you would like to be admitted to. Also, I think the math and English requirements needing to be fulfilled by the Fall semester is just a myth. Hell, I didn’t even take a math course until the last Spring semester at my CC and did alright. Truth of the matter is, regardless of when you choose to take them, the only thing that matters is getting a good grade on it, not when you decide to take them.
