TAG Question- skipping a semester?

<p>Hello, </p>

<p>I am a nontraditional transfer student who has been in a CC for eons. I didn't enroll in any classes in Fall 2009. </p>

<p>The TAG applications asks "Following your high school graduation, has there been a time when you were not enrolled in a college/university for one or more terms?" and asks for an explanation</p>

<p>I don't know exactly what they mean by "enrolled". Do they mean not enrolled in any college or not enrolled in any classes?</p>

<p>If you weren’t enrolled in any classes, then you weren’t in college. Especially at a CC.</p>
