TAG Question!!! Urgent!!

So I met with a counselor today about my TAG agreement. I currently have 62 transferable semester units, but only 12 of them are from a CCC. The rest of them are from a community college in Mississippi. Now, my counselor told me that I need to have at least 30 semester units from California in order to qualify for the TAG. I'm wanting to TAG to UC Davis and no where did it stipulate that the 30+ units needed to be from CA. So I called UC Davis and they said they just needed to be cumulative and that it didn't matter that all of them were from CA. Now, both these counselors seemed like they really weren't completely confident in there understanding. If anyone knows the actual answer to this, I'd REALLY appreciate it. I already submitted the application anyways, but it would just be peace of mind to know for sure.

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been in CA since JAN 2010 and I'm registered for the remaining of this school year in CA (Aug 10-June 11) and will have 45+ by the time I transfer next Fall.

I’m wondering this too. I have 26 CCC units and 12 out of state. I want to tag to SB or SD!

If you find the answer to that question, let me know!!! Thanks Ella89!

well i know for sure on UCSD’s site it says u needed to have 45 quarter units from a ccc:
[Transfer Admission Guarantee: Fall 2011](http://www.ucsd.edu/prospective-students/transfers/prep-programs/tag.html)
look under the “are you eligible?” section. hopefully this helped a little even though its not for UCD exactly

AFAIk 30 of them must come from a California Community College

yep^
maybe you guys will get in through the regular proces…you never know!
