I am applying for a TAG to UC Santa Cruz. I’m a Psychology major, and the requirements is a B- in Stats, a B- in Intro to Psych, and a C in Pre-Calculus. I’ve already taken Intro to Psychology and i’m about to finish Statistics this semester. I’m taking Pre-Calculus in Fall semester of 2015. I know that the TAG applications are open from Sept. 1 - 30, which is pretty much the beginning of Fall semester. Will I still be able to submit a TAG if i’m still taking Pre-Calculus and won’t finish and be able to update with my grades until December? Anyone know? I’ve tried Googling and looking at UC TAP website, but I can’t find anything. Thanks.
The UCSC tag flyer says
This was for Fall 2015 admission, so add on a year and it sounds like you are ok on this rule.
For the major-specific Psych requirement it says by end of spring the year you finish at the CC.
Still, would be a good idea to visit the xfer center at your CC to talk with them, or look up when the next UC rep comes to your school and make an appointment
Thanks!
