TAG TO UC DAVIS - Failed a math class

Hey everyone,

I’m really worried about my TAG. I got super lazy and I couldn’t handle taking a morning math class. I’m not sure what to do. I called Davis and one advisor said they will let me make it up next quarter at foothill. Another said that you should report it to your transfer update and see what your evaluator says, which made me less hopefully. The first advisor said everything should be fine as long as I make it up, but nothing is written in stone. Does anyone have a similar experience?

The TAG says I have to pass all classes listed by the End of 2016 spring term with a C or Better, which is what I’m hoping on. However, an F is horrible and they could be like you suck and just go away… you’ll never get into college.

I know someone who was on severe academic probation at Foothill, but used academic renewal to exclude the problematic terms and eventually received admission to almost all of the UCs (including Davis). I’d probably talk to your CC counselor in addition to the Davis ones.
