Currently looking at computer science (college of letters & science / non-selective major).
By end of spring next year, before potential enrollment, is missing 3 pre-requisites bad? Keep in mind that this is not a selective major (yet).
Will be sitting at about 3.3 GPA by end of current summer.
Well I believe that TAGing to Davis’ L&S CS this Fall (while it currently isn’t a selective major) you’ll be fine with the GPA/unit requirement. If I may ask though what classes would you be missing? You should definitely try taking whatever OOP/Data Structure Classes your school offers; as well as any math you think you can handle.
I’ll be missing Calculus 3, Discrete Mathematics, and Assembly Language.
Otherwise, I’ve pretty much finished the usual CS sequence, chemistry, and others.
That’s not so bad, you’ll be fine man just take those at Davis and knock em out. Good luck.
