Take a Chance on me? (That was the funniest thing I could come up with...Sorry)

…You have waaaay too many ECs. Some of them are even from middle school! What are you passionate about?

And yes, definitely retake the SAT.

Oh, that was a typo, I meant to write 9th grade (I’ve edited it now) Well, I’m passionate about International Relations and Political Science(which is quite evident with all the MUNs)

…(bump)…

I think you could be a great applicant if your sat scores go up. Atleast aim for something above 2000.

SAT 2 : You could take math level 2? or physics? … Definitely do math though…

I was thinking about re-doing the SAT I in October. But, I want to apply to Georgetown SFS ED and the deadline’s usually 1st November. So, if I’d like to go for ED, I’d have to choose between the SAT IIs and SAT Is. So, I’m a bit confused with that.

…(bump)…

I guarantee you will not get into Georgetown ED. Another user will explain this to you

Does Georgetown look at late scores i.e SAT taken in November and given after the deadline?

Particularly at Georgetown, UPenn, and Brown, it’s just a reallllly tough road for internationals. Very very few get in every year.

Keep in mind that these schools will not be need-blind for internationals (as far as I know). If you’re in a bad place financially, it can hurt your chances. Not to mention, it’s harder to get aid, even at schools that otherwise guarantee to meet 100% Just something to keep in mind.

You’ll have to do a little more searching or e-mail admissions about a November SAT. Some colleges have a harsh deadline in November. Others are a little more lenient and will allow a November score.

Financials aren’t a problem. I’m just worried about how I could possibly make myself a stronger candidate because as far as I can tell right now, I’m extremely weak and Georgetown (Let Alone SFS) is a massive reach.

(last bump)
