Take a chance on me? UNC Chapel Hill

<p>Hi, I'm a rising senior and I'll try to make this short :P I am planning to apply early action to Unc and im wondering if there is any last minute things i should consider/improve. Anything would be helpful.
Residency: North Carolina
GPA: 3.96 uw 4.67 w
Rank: 5th out of 243
My school is considered one of the best in the area
SAT: 1840 ( this is not where i want it i am taking a prep course soon and taking again in october to get a 1900+)
ACT: 26 (yeah....horrible)
Ap's: us history, and language and composition.
Senior course load:

<p>I think you should definitely get in. Your stats are really good and I bet you can totally increase your SAT scores with some studying. Just do great your senior year as well and if they don’t accept you, then It is their loss.</p>

<p>I’m from North Carolina also and I hope to get into Chapel Hill as well! I hope I can do as good as you on SAT’s though. I’m going to be a junior next year, so I’m gonna work my butt off.</p>

<p>I think you should totally get in. From what I’ve seen at my school (I’m in state as well), kids who have lower test scores but higher class ranks usually get into UNC. However, your SAT score isn’t bad at all for a high ranking in state student.</p>
