<p>Every URM in states that don't allow AA should limit the number of state schools they apply to. If you can get into UCB and LA, you can get into much better privates with a better financial package. Your rank is good and SATs OK. I would try an ivy or two but you should do really well just below them.</p>

<p>well im applying b/c i like the schools i actually do and when my sis applied she got a fee waiver for 4 ucs so i'm kinda counting on that same for the cal states</p>
