Take a harder class for a lower grade?

<p>Just signed up for witner term classes, and chose a honors writing class. In fall term, I probably earned about a B.. But I know if I take the regular 122 class I will get an A no problem.</p>

<p>I know in highschool they encourage you to take a harder curriculum AND get the grades - but I'm wondering the general consensus about transfers..? It woudl also be my only honors class (our cc just started offering honors)

<p>Same applies to transfers. Try to take the most challenging courses. If yor school offers Honors courses then take them. If you’re required
to take a science course try taking one with a
lab such as Biology or Chem rather than an introductory science course. </p>

<p>With that in mind also note what you are capable of. Don’t overload if you cannot handle the course work. Bear in mind what your own personal capacities are.</p>
