take sat again?

I got a 2030 on my SAT and a 33 on my ACT. Is it worth taking the SAT again this fall if my ACT equivalent is significantly higher?

The 33 is a much better score as you stated. There is no reason to take the SAT, but scores as a whole depend on what schools you’re applying to. If you’re thinking the ivy leagues/other top tier universities lacs, a 33 is considered a decent score; it’s not going to get you in or get you rejected. This is where other parts of your application come into play.

I won’t be applying to any ivy league schools. My first choice is Notre Dame. I was also wondering if I can only send just my ACT score from one date. I ended up doing worse on the ACT the second time I took it so I’d rather not send that score in. Would it be possible to not send my SAT scores but my SAT II scores in? I got a 710 on Math1 and a 750 on U.S. History

i wouldn’t bother taking it again unless you’ve already studied for it and are sure you’ll do a couple hundred points better. and yes, you can send in just your subject test scores. when you go to send your scores in, you can check off which exact scores you want to send.
