<p>Do all applicants get presented in committee by their regional officer? Or do regional officers have the authority to stop an application before it reaches committee? </p>
<p>Just wondering, I'm a little confused on the process after "submit" is clicked on the Common App. lol.</p>
<p>Some get immediately rejected. Some are (almost) immediately accepted. Not everyone goes to committee. They don't have that much time.</p>
<p>The specifics all depend on the school though. Harvard may do it one way, Stanford may use a completely different process.</p>
<p>What is Harvard's process?</p>
<p>Nobody gets in without a majority vote by the committee.</p>
