<p>dang 59 units bummer… has there been people that were admitted even though they had barely under 60 units? i know theres alot of people that get admitted even tho they didnt meant all their prereqs, but what about the 60 unit limit?</p>

<p>i hope not! that would suck, but i guess waht played against me at ucsb was that i’m transferring from a privat school. but when i talked to the counselor at ucsb, she was nice enough to say i have a good chance of transferring if i appeal… and so i did! now the wait for appeal ugh…
i only wanna go to either ucla or ucsb mainly… then uci THEN berkeley(too close to home)</p>
<p>well if being too close to home is a concern might i suggest uc merced :). i say you have a good chance there, they admit people even if they dont apply! </p>
