<p>You should be good with OU or OSU. I have several people in my school who were in a similar situation and easily got accepted. I’m not too sure about the scholarships but there are definitely things you can get to help cover the costs. I’m assuming that since you need help form scholarships then you don’t have Oklahoma promise, but there are tons of scholarships you could get to pay for you to get in (Im pretty sure that neither are too expensive in state). Your scores are fine. A recent graduate form my school got in with a 24 and a much lower GPA. If you want to take the ACT again, I don’t think these particular schools would mind. If so, get a really good prep book (preferably a harder one, as to not give you false hope for the test), take a bunch of practice tests, and don’t take it until your satisfied with the practice scores your getting.</p>
