<p>It might be because you are rushing it perhaps. That was personally my biggest problem on the ACT when I took it (I only finished the Math section and guessed a lot of the other sections due to time running out but I still got a 25).</p>
<p>The SAT is a much better test if you aren’t the type that likes to rush or works a bit more slowly.</p>
