<p>Is it insane to take 2 summer courses during the same session?
I'm planning to take Rhetoric R1B and Asian American Studies 20A during the same session.</p>

clapyourfeet- get ready to work harder than ever. worst thing that could happen is you end up dropping a course as long as you time it right.</p>
<p>Generally the same message I've heard among people, including one of the guys from the SLC, is that if you're taking organic chemistry over summer, you won't have the time to take other classes.</p>

<p>Does anyone know if you take a summer class and apply it toward pre-med requirements (MCB 102) does it negatively affect your application to graduate or med schools? Sorry for the thread jacking.</p>
<p>as long as you take a Cal class, med schools won't discount it if you take in summer.</p>
