I'm a CS and Stats double major currently and if I take three upper div math courses I can be a CS/Stats/Applied Math (Economics) triple major. It's my intention to pursue a Master's in (Computational/Mathematical) Finance after Berkeley. Would a triple major be worth the three courses?

It's either the three upper div math courses or 2-3 stat/CS grad courses.

I’d definitely do it. After all, the third major is directly related to what you intend to pursue a master’s in, and three extra courses for a third major will really set you apart.

3 extra courses for a major is quite a steal, but before you commit you should check the rules about double dipping with courses. Some majors don’t allow it or limit the number of shared upper division courses to 2 or 3.
