Is that tough?

I am taking 3 classes MWF two are back to back.

1 class on TTH.

Is that hard, should I change it to two classes a day?

I am taking 3 classes MWF two are back to back.

1 class on TTH.

Is that hard, should I change it to two classes a day?

It’s perfectly fine. I have FIVE classes on Mondays.

I will be living in a city and I am from a rural town. SO I am not sure if I will be able to work all morning on Tuesday and Thursday instead of just exploring the city.

5 classes sounds intense! What is your major?

I take five classes a quarter. Most are MWF since the bulk are math and physics. Your schedule sounds fine.

It depends what you want. I specifically avoided MWF classes, because I’d like to have the option to go out on Thursdays. I did get one every-day class, but I just scheduled it late. Because of that, though I go to all of my classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and only have one afternoon class on Wednesday and Friday, and two on Monday.

I have three on both days, not too worried about it to be honest. You took 4-8 in high school, all 5 days of the week, college should be much more lax (especially in my case, my classes don’t start until 10:45 MWF!).

I’ve always had classes only on MWF, it’s not bad at all. Especially if your instructor has a habit of letting class out early. This year my schedule is everywhere, every day and then a couple of night classes. It’s not bad, like person above said in high school you did everything all day everyday. And it’s only for one semester.

but isn’t the workload way harder, like more intense homework and studying?

What about exam days?

sigh It depends on the class, we can’t answer that for you.

For some reason, at my school, finals are scheduled at diffrent times then what the class times are. As such schedules should be made to fit just in case. Example:

12:15-1:30 class

final time 10:15-1:30

now you can imagine what thats like when you have a 9:30-10:30 class whom would probably start at 8:30-10:30.

hmmm. don’t worry about it. Outside of the first quarter of freshmen year, I’ve never NOT taken 3+ classes MWF.

Three MWF classes is extremely easy most of the time. I specifically avoid TR classes so that I have time for other things, so I usually have 5-6 MWF classes, which I’ve found very manageable so far.
