Taking 3 subjects in 4 weeks! overload?

I will apply for Tech schools so I need to take 3 SAT IIs in one sitting. I going to take Math IIC, Physics, and Chemistry. Initially, I registered for Math I, Math II, and Physics; but now, I was advised to drop Math I because it will be a waste of time and effort. Moreover, I heard that the Chemistry is pretty easy!

So what is my plan? I have about 4 weeks.

For all 3 subjects I will use PR's books. Are they enough?
What should I do?

Who has already taken those tests, what would you suggest?

What is test taking procedure looks like?

okay so 4 weeks, 3 tests!

I already took math and chem so I can help you with those.

For math, I’d go through the princeton book and learn their strategies. Like read each chapter and do the chapter exercises. This helps refreshen your memory on stuff that you might have forgotten. Once your comfortable with that, I would take all the practice tests that are in the book. If you have enough time, I’d suggest buying the released book of tests that the Collegeboard sells… It has like old tests so it can be good practice.

For chem… I’m still kicking myself over this one. I took Chemistry AP at school, so I didn’t really study for the subject test. I sort of regret that because the focus of the Subject Test is a lot different. It has some random questions about what color metals are… and also stuff about lab equipment. I’d definitely read through the princeton review thoroughly and make sure to understand all of the concepts. My main problem with that test was my lack of practice with the format of the test… I felt rushed when I was doing it because I wasn’t used to 90 questions in 60 minutes. I’d definitely recommend doing practice tests.

Thats my advice for chem and math. As for physics, I haven’t taken it yet, so I’m not sure.
Anyways, good luck! I’m sure you’ll be fine as you started reviewing fairly early. For math, I personally just looked at the formulas the night before haha… It kind of killed me becuase I ended up missing some easy questions becuase I didn’t freshen up on my concepts. Also for math, work at a comfortable pace so you don’t make any silly mistakes.

Thanks so much for your response! Yes, PR books are great for SAT IIs.
