Is it better to have 4al from 2 to 4:50 and then 20l from 6:30 to 9:20 on tuesday or is it better to have 20l also from 2 to 4:50 on wednesday instead?

I definitely don't want anything on thursdays.

Don't take any lab from 6:30-9:20 PM.
You'll probably be too tired to study when you get back.

Why are lab sessions so long?

Labs are long because it takes time to set-up and run the experiments. For what it's worth, if you know what you're doing and nothing unexpected happens you won't need the full lab period every time. However, don't expect to walk out of there in an hour.

i guess it doesn't matter anymore, since i've got wednesday 2 to 450 for 4al now.

although, there seems to be a problem with ursa.

it won't let me enroll in 20b saying that I don't have all the prereqs done, which are math 31a and chem 20a. i'm in 20a right now, and 31b for math, so i know i have them. i guess it's just ursa being dumb, but it is frustrating.

i emailed misuk last night for a pte number or something but i'm scared she won't check her email at all, and my first pass is over monday morning.

Lab sessions are long because the other groups try to hog the TA's help for themselves and/or sabotage your oscilloscope apparatus in an attempt to beat the curve.

So labs are done in groups, not individually? I look forward to the "competition"; thanks flopsy for the apprehension. :)

hey boelter, which labs are you signing up for then?

Not doing any until 3rd quarter, but it will be 4AL and 20BL.

EDIT: I underestimated the work / time I have to spend in labs.
