Taking a gap semester and transferring as a Junior

No problem. Here’s some information on all the college for transfer students and credits:

Just a heads up, a lot of these schools admit less than 20% of transfers. I’d advise you to apply to a few saftey schools. Not trying to discourage you at all, though still apply but keep this in mind.

Georgetown:
[Transfer of Credit - Office of Undergraduate Admissions](http://uadmissions.georgetown.edu/transfer/credit/)

Columbia: [Transfer Admission | Columbia Undergraduate Admissions](Transfer Applicants | Columbia Undergraduate Admissions)

Yale: (couldn’t get their transfer website)

Northwestern:
[Transfer Applicants: Office of Undergraduate Admission - Northwestern University](Application Options: Undergraduate Admissions - Northwestern University)

Dartmouth: [Evaluating Transfer Applications](<a href=“Apply to Dartmouth | Dartmouth Admissions”>Apply to Dartmouth | Dartmouth Admissions)

I want to say that Columbia strongly advises against applying if you have 4 semesters of school completed. Not sure why, but I’d call and ask them about that.
