I registered for the Literature and Math IC SAT 2s for this saturday, but now I want to take US History. I heard if you take a test that you didn't register for, CB grades it and charges you accordingly. Is this true?

yes it is. at my testing center, people i know were changing their minds literally SECONDS before the test. Some people sign up for 3 and only take 2 so they can go home--they don't get their money back. Others take more than they signed up for, and the collegeboard will bill you accordingly.

OR, instead of waiting for them to bill you, you could just change what you're taking right now, online, provided that you signed up for the SAT online.
