<p>To which college are you referring with a Nov 30 deadline? If it is the UCs they take test scores through the December tests.</p>
<p>In any event, you have no issue. Any college with a Nov 30 deadline will accept the Oct ACT. It will likely arrive before the app deadline but generally that makes no difference because the test can arrive after the app deadline.</p>
