Taking An AP: Will it make a difference?

I do realize I am re-posting this. Only because I am still undecided and have only 3 days to decide [I am in summer school [Honors Precalc] and will go to my counselor after].

I'm a senior and this is my schedule for next year:
AP Calculus
AP Physics
AP Extended Physics
AP Microeconomics
Honors World Literature
Honors Horticulture
Honors Italian

I am willing to switch Italian for AP Government if its worth it.
AP Government is a easy class but its very time consuming [lots of BS work].

Since my school just changed our grading scale for 95 [A] to 90 [A] I know I could get an A. I've never received less than 90% in any given class in high school.

Will it make a difference?

I want to have more of a life, get a job possibly, do more stuff for me before college like loose weight. But if it could make a difference, I'm willing to sacrifice some of it.

This could add 1-2 hours of work daily. Its not like AP Calculus and AP Physics where although they are hard, have little homework.

I repeat: I NEED a life this year which includes friends, shopping, and tons of working out [can't be fat in college(;].

I do however enjoy the subject.

My stats aren't great for the colleges I'm applying to.

Sen.Ind.

Impossible to say which is better. Some schools want 4 years of a language. Check the admissions recommendations for the schools you plan attending.

If its Italian I, take AP.

It is Italian I. Keep forgetting to mention.
