<p>So after a slew of rejections, and an identity crisis, I find myself thinking of taking, sort of a gap year, then reapplying. I would take college courses at a local community college during the time, hopefully up my grades by a ton, and then reapply for the fall of 2012. Is this an okay idea? or am I setting myself up for a new pile of rejections. Should I just go to my safety and transfer if I'm unhappy? I don't know! As I said, identity crisis.</p>
<p>Where you go to undergrad is way more important on CC and for HS seniors than in the real world. Your success is much more dependent upon your motivation. Thats what you need to find, and whether you go to community college first or your safety or m.i.t., really won’t matter.</p>
