taking an extra year to graduate?

Do Law schools care if you take an extra year to graduate? Currently I'm a Junior, have taken a lot of summer classes, and can easily graduate next year. However, I'm thinking of taking another year in order to raise my gpa. In the meantime, I will take a minor and perhaps do some college-credit internships. So I was wondering, would it be looked negatively in anyway if I choose to graduate in 5 years instead of the traditional 4? Would it seem obvious that I was doing it primarily to boost the gpa? Do law schools care?
