Taking AP Class but not Exam?

<p>I'm a junior looking into HYP for next year. I'm just wondering how bad it looks or if it really matters if I take an AP Class but not the Exam...</p>

<p>This year I should have 5 AP's in May but I am debating whether or not to take the Calc BC test. I am really bad at math (don't know why I took the class in the first place), have a B in the class, and think I would probably get a 3 or something on the AP exam.... Bottom line: would it just be better if I didnt take the exam and get a horrible score or would not taking it be even worse? </p>
