After this AP season is over, I'd like to get a head start on AP Calc over the summer. Does anybody who has done this before have any tips as to on what I should focus? Where can I find good, reliable, AP-based material online? Are there any prep books from which I can actually learn the material (aka not PR AP Chem, which is just practice problems for each topics)?

Would Khan Academy be a good way to teach myself a lot of the material?

Make sure you know your algebra, pre-calc and trig, and make sure you know them well.

A good place to get a head start is to learn limits. They’re fairly straightforward (until you get to multi-variable calculus, where limits become weird). You can also learn (conceptually) what a derivative and an integral are, but you shouldn’t try to learn all the differentiation/integration rules right away (you’ll learn those throughout the entire course).

If you’re a quick learner, any website such as Wikipedia will suffice.

I’ve only watched one or two Khan Academy videos; from what I hear it’s pretty good in explaining material.
