I have the option to take calc 3 or take calc 1/2 again (I'm in calc BC right now), but will college adcoms view my decision to take calc again (to prepare me more for calc 3, my teacher isn't very good) in a negative fashion??

I did the same thingg 2 years back. My counselors told me that colleges see that as a good decision since I was actually trying to learn. (I got C's in Calculus AB the first year and got A's the next year). Maybe you can retake the class and another math class like statistics or something?

Why not retake it in a community college over the summer and take Calc 3 when you get back?

Yeah I'm going to take statistics no matter what, but I'm just wondering what to do about calculus...

Um I don't summer school is an option unfortunately.

Any other ideas?
