Hi i'm a current freshman. So I plan on taking math 103 and spanish 76 over the summer at a University nearby my home. I'm pretty sure according to the website Duke University | Trinity College of Arts & Sciences : Academic requirements that I can get credit for 103 but I am confused as to whether or not I can get credit for taking the spanish and have it count as one of the foreign language requirements. I will have taken spanish 2 and 63 by then. Will taking this spanish course count as my last required FL class?

No way for us to say for sure. Duke is known for being VERY particular about transfer credit, though, so I wouldn’t even be that confident that you can get credit for Math 103. (Except study abroad credit since most of that is pre-approved anyways and encouraged). I know they wouldn’t accept organic chemistry credit from Northwestern University. So, it’s really dependent on the university/course/department. As stated on the linked site, you need pre-approval from the department and the dean so might as well get that ball rolling and they can give you a definitive answer. To get FL credit for a Spanish, it states it’s allowable for “less commonly taught language courses not offered at Duke, provided the student has a compelling reason and received permission from academic dean to use this language to satisfy the foreign language requirement.” My take on that wording - not likely to happen for Spanish. Spanish is definitely not a “less commonly taught language” at Duke. If Duke can force you to take an equivalent course at Duke, they try to do so (again, except for study abroad).
