I plan on taking Multivariable Calculus at a local college during the summer between my junior and senior year, Ive already checked and they don't mind taking high school students. The Prerequisites for this course are calculus 1 & 2 however the college gives credit for calc 1 & 2 for a 3 or better on the AP Calculus BC exam. I will be taking the AP Calculus BC exam and my math teacher has told me that I am one of his most gifted students of his career and i know that many of his students have got 5's on the BC test. For me getting a 3 or better will not be problem. The problem is that the class I want to take starts June 27 while the soonest I can get AP scores by phone is July 1. Is it possible to work something out with the college's admiration to allow me to take this course and then give them my AP score that will qualify me 4 days into the class.

Not sure what you mean by “college’s admiration”, but your first step should be to ask the college this question–not random people on an Internet forum. We don’t even know which college you are referring to, and we certainly cannot read their minds.
