I'll be going to a local (not community) college to take one summer course. It's Introduction to Political Science. Will this be factored into my high school GPA? If I get an A in it, will that impress colleges...? I'm trying to get into W & M lol...

Dual enrollment courses are generally factored into your high school GPA, but ask your counselor to be 100% sure. An A in a college course will be impressive but not an enormous deal or anything.

I agree with An0maly. I take classes at a community colleges and the grades I receive in those classes are added to my high school transcript and factored into my GPA.
