I am going to be home schooled and am taking several online courses as it is, please refrain from posting online courses here,

I want to discuss taking college courses preferably with undergraduate students, and how that works. NYC has a special program called "CollegeNow" to take college courses in some of the CUNY's. However it is very limited and does not go beyond high school chem and physics, calculus is limited to Calculus II. I am seeking more advanced courses and more options, is there any way I can contact undergrad college to enroll? how does cost work? and such,

I am mainly looking for info from people who do not have special programs and instead made local arrangements, any tips on that?

Call all the colleges in your area and ask if they have dual enrollment programs. If you don’t have a school district paying your cost, you’ll likely have to pay tuition.

If no college around you lets high school students take college courses, get a GED.

You could also consider taking community college courses or auditing university classes if you didn’t feel compelled to pay the required tuition at most colleges. Community colleges typically offer deals for high school students, to the point in which you usually only end up paying a couple of dollars per course, and several professors are willing to consider your request of auditing. If you’re adamant on taking courses for credit at some of your local universities though, then you’ll probably end up paying a few thousand dollars unless there are any district or college programs willing to provide that money for you.
