I am taking the dec 13th act, the last one before the UC deadline. Do I need to send my scores now or can I wait to get the score before sending it?

if your waiting to take the test then how can you send the score now without a score?

I think he is saying if he has to choose the score recipients now before getting the results. Because choosing them after you get the result can delay the process i guess..

im taking dec. act and im sending on dec 24th the day we get it, and since you sent it before the deadline, mine is dec 31 (yale) then its fine as the adcom says.

that's fine for yale. but he's saying for the UC's, whose deadline happens to be on Nov. 30

oh sorry, I'm pretty sure your going go have to send it before the deadline blind

It says the last test date is dec 13th but it does not say the deadline to send in the scores

fortify, check collegeboard.com's college info. they will tell you the exact dates for uc score deadlines. the earliest i believe is ucsd, late december....berkeley, la are early/mid january.

so i think you will have to send it rushed if you want to see the score, at least for ucsd.

Is the deadline the date it has to arrive or to be postmarked??
If the deadline is like december 31st, is it okay to get results first and then send them like crunkk said??

Thanks for the info. Helped a lot. Didn't know that college board had that info

ticmmae i think you might have to rush it like i am going to, just to be safe. some places like duke even said i can wait until AFTER their application deadline to look at my score and then send it regular, but im not taking that chance. Im actually going to call one more place today to find out.
