<p>I was reading around and many people are talkinga bout how certain months are much easier than others. Is this customary or just chance? I'm taking the one in January because I think it was too late for me to sign up for December. My mom thought it would be better to do the January 26th one. Do they still charge you the late fee for the December one?</p>
