This is probably a dumb question, but is it possible to take econ/business classes from Marshall if I'm majoring in something different?

For a lot of the classes you should be able to. For econ, I think you'll have no problem doing that since an Economics major isn't part of the business school. If you're talking about the intro to macro/micro 203 and 205 then you can take it whenever you feel like it...well if you have the extra elective units for it

A lot of the business classes I'm very sure you can take for fun. Look on the schedule of classes to see which classes are only open to business majors or open to everyone. Every class on the schedule should have some kind of requirement...if not then you should be free to register. Check with your advisor too if you want more info and bounce off some classes you want to take to them so you can see if you can.

If the issue is taking some business courses to see if you're interested in changing your major to business...then I would check with a counselor too since I don't know everything about this

As far as I know, Econ classes don't require D clearance but some of the Business class might so you'll have to go talk to an adviser but you can go ahead and take econ classes whenever you want.
