Taking Econ100B without Econ 1 or 2?

Well, I took Econ 1 in a community college, but the materials are covered very superficial and thus making the course effortless.
Should I go straight and take Econ100B or is it better to take Econ 1 building solid bases for future?

P.S. I'm planning on an Econ major.

Hmm, well I'd say go straight for 100B. I felt Econ 1 here made you know a lot of details that weren't that important for later on but were only important for the exams in that class. I don't think your Intro Econ class at your CC could have been so bogus as to leave you completely behind. As long as you know the very basics, you should be ok. They should give a quick overview of the basics anyway in 100B and build from there.

thanks...I feel it sounds like straight to math 53 without taking 1b, which is something I should have AP-ed out...
