Taking fewer credits than I did first semester. Look bad?

I'm about to complete 19 credits for my first semester at CC. I'm entering the school's honors program in the Spring and was wondering if I should take fewer credits? I don't wanna overwhelm myself and compromise my GPA (looks like it'll be a 4.0). But since I began with 19 credits, should I continue taking 19 credits every semester in the interest of consistency and "course rigor"? The dream is Yale... starry eyes... So I want to maximize my profile in every way that I can. Basically, does it matter AT ALL if I take one less class (down from 5)? If it matters even a little bit, I won't do it... I'll deal!

you’re fine by dropping a class. 15? or so units is totally fine. Just keep up the 4.0

I think you’re fine if you take the “standard course load” for your school if you are taking challenging classes. Besides, Yale is a school that won’t consider transfers at all who have more than a certain number of credits.
